Vigan Longanisa is a garlicky, savoury sausage produced locally since the Spanish galleon trade. Local cane sugar vinegar (Sukang Iloko) and our strong native garlic and indigenous spices gives our Longanisa a distinct flavour well known throughout the country.

Among many of the region’s beloved food, Vigan Longganisa has become a much anticipated favorite on many dining tables throughout the years.

Our longganisa comes from a special family recipe passed down through the generations dating back to 19th Century Spanish Colonial period.

Its distinct flavor is derived from the blending of the local cane vinegar and native garlic which when mixed together, make this delectable longganisa unlike any other in the Philippines.
